BOSU BASICS
Improve balance, agility, core strength, and flexibility while trying something new and exciting! Experience a new way to raise your heart rate while learning new exercises.
1 MORE ROUND
Essentially, the class trains you to obtain the cardiovascular conditioning required to last for three 5-minute rounds. Sparring or physical contact is not part of this class.
SUPER CIRCUIT
By utilizing multiple stations, you will workout your total body. Instead of counting repetitions, timed intervals will keep your mind occupied while each body part is worked. This is a fresh intense, butt kicking workout for anyone desiring a challenge!
