Who attends boot camp?
Men and women of all ages and abilities… people just like you should attend Fitness Xpress Boot Camp. Anyone who wants fitness accountability, enjoys a team environment, or simply needs to jump-start to their fitness program.
What if I’m not very physically fit?
Although you will be challenged during each class, nobody will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of safely doing. We teach modifications for each exercise performed in order to accommodate fitness levels.
Why should I participate?
By participating in the boot camp, you will learn exciting new exercises, be inspired, be held accountable, and ultimately learn to break physical barriers that have kept you from reaching past goals! In addition, you will attain drastic improvements, both physically and mentally, and meet others who share the same passion.
